Vendor FAQ

What is the booth size?

Standard outdoor spaces are 10' x 10'. If you have a food truck or require a double-wide space, please specify your dimensions in the application so we can accommodate your setup.

Do you provide power or water?

Second Chance Ranch is a rustic venue. Craft vendors are encouraged to bring quiet, inverter-style generators or battery-powered lighting if needed.

What is the "Load-In" schedule?

Setup begins at 8:00 AM on August 8th. All vehicles must be moved to the designated vendor parking area by 9:15 AM for a sharp 10:00 AM start.

Is there a vendor fee?

  • Craft/Artisan Booth: $50

  • Food Truck/Vendor: TBD

    (Fees go toward event promotion and ranch maintenance.)

What happens if it rains?

Livestock is a rain or shine event! Please ensure your tent is weighted (no stakes, please) and you have covers for your merchandise.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Cell signal is quite good in the livestock area for pos systems.
